TietoEnator warrants exercised for share subscription After the previous increase in the share capital registered on August 8, 2001 altogether 5,613 warrants attached to the 1996 and 1998 Bonds with Warrants and warrants 1999/2003 had been exercised to subscribe for 33,678 TietoEnator shares. The increase in the share capital, in total EUR 33,678 was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on October 10, 2001. As a result of the increase, the share capital of TietoEnator is now EUR 82,810,614 and the total number of shares is 82,810,614. TietoEnator received as additional shareholders' equity in total EUR 153,908.46. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date. The new shares will be listed at the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares on October 11, 2001.
