TietoEnator warrants exercised for share subscription After the previous increase in the share capital registered on December 19, 2001 altogether 20,860 warrants attached to the 1996 and 1998 Bonds with Warrants and warrants 1999/2003 had been exercised to subscribe for 125,160 TietoEnator shares. The increase in the share capital, in total 125,160 E was registered in the Finnish Trade Register on January 3, 2002. As a result of the increase, the share capital of TietoEnator is now 83,451,900 E and the total number of shares is 83,451,900. TietoEnator received as additional shareholders' equity in total 571,981.20 E. The holders of the new shares are entitled to all shareholders' rights from the registration date. The new shares will be listed at the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares on January 4, 2002.
