Correction: Tietoevry ex-dividend

Tietoevry Corporation               STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE               19 March 2024   2:00 p.m. EET

 

Tietoevry corrects the stock exchange release published on 14 March at 8 EET on the share trading excluding the right to dividend.

 

In the original release, the company states that “From today 14 March 2024, the shares in Tietoevry (Nasdaq Helsinki: TIETO, Nasdaq Stockholm: TIETOS, Oslo Børs: TIETO) will be traded excluding the right to the second dividend instalment of EUR 0.735 per share.” Instead of the second dividend instalment the company referred to the first dividend instalment. The share has traded excluding the right to the first dividend instalment since 14 March. Corrected release:

The Annual General Meeting held on 13 March 2024 decided on a total dividend of EUR 1.47 per share to be paid in two instalments.

 

From today 14 March 2024, the shares in Tietoevry (Nasdaq Helsinki: TIETO, Nasdaq Stockholm: TIETOS, Oslo Børs: TIETO) will be traded excluding the right to the first dividend instalment of EUR 0.735 per share.
