TietoEVRY cancels Annual General Meeting and convenes a new meeting later

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and measures set to ensure the safety and wellbeing of employees and other stakeholders, the Board of Directors of TietoEVRY Corporation has decided to cancel the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday 26 March 2020.

TietoEVRY intends to arrange the new meeting by the end of April and facilitate the shareholders’ possibilities to follow the general meeting through a live webcast and exercise their voting rights by using the proxy service provided by the company.
