TietoEVRY concludes its share repurchase programme

TietoEVRY has completed the share repurchase programme concerning the company’s own shares. The company announced the start of the programme on 17 February 2021. During a time period from 18 February to 22 February 2021, the company has acquired a total of 140 000 of its own shares in trading organized by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The average purchase price per share was EUR 27.0787 and the total amount EUR 3 791 024.50.

At the moment, the company holds a total of 150 978 own shares.
