TietoEVRY issues a EUR 300 million bond

TietoEVRY Corporation issues an unsecured bond with a principal amount of EUR 300 million.
The five-year bond matures on 17 June 2025 and carries a fixed annual interest of 2.000 per cent.
TietoEVRY will apply for the admission of the bond on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
The net proceeds of the issuance will be used for refinancing the EUR 300 million bridge loan facility related to the merger between Tieto Corporation and EVRY ASA that was completed on 5 December 2019.
Nordea Bank Abp and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as joint lead managers in the transaction. Krogerus Attorneys Ltd acted as legal adviser to TietoEVRY.
