Tietoevry publishes the Report by the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report 2024

Tietoevry Corporation publishes the Financial Review for 1 January–31 December 2023, including the Report by the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report. The review is available as an attachment to this release.
The company publishes its annual financial statements also in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements, available as an attached xHTML zip file to this release. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Notes to the financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. Deloitte Oy has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on the ESEF financial statements (in Finnish) in accordance with the International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3000 (Revised).
The Annual Report 2023, including the Sustainability Report will be published on 29 February.
