The holding of the funds and accounts managed by Bestinver Gestion, S.A. SGIIC in shares of Tikkurila Oyj has decreased below the 5% threshold due to trades executed on December 1, 2020.

Following the announcement, the indirect holdings of Bestinver Gestion, S.A. SGIIC in Tikkurila Oyj amount to 2,182,610 shares, which corresponds to 4.948 percent of the total amount of shares and voting rights.
