This is a notice pursuant to the Finnish Securities Markets Act, Chapter 9, Section 10.

Tikkurila Oyj (business ID 0197067-4) has received a notification from Oras Invest Oy on September 22, 2020, that their holdings in Tikkurila Oyj's shares have increased above the 20.0% threshold on September 22, 2020.

Following the announcement, the holdings of Oras Invest Oy in Tikkurila Oyj amount to 8,828,051 shares, which corresponds to 20.01 percent of the total amount of shares and voting rights.
