Stockholm, January 17, 2014: Tilgin, a leading provider of Home Gateway solutions for multiplay and next-generation broadband access, has received a major extension of a frame agreement with a large operator in Europe. The value of the extension is over 3 MUSD and covers Home Gateways, ACS and services. Deliveries are to be made during the first half of 2014.

The operator is building one of the largest Next Generation Network fiber deployments in Europe. During 2011 and 2012, Tilgin delivered significant volumes to the operator through a local systems integration partner. Products included were Home Gateways, Tilgin’s ACS system and support services. In January of 2013 Tilgin signed a new frame agreement directly with the operator covering all of Tilgin Home Gateway models, the new ACS-version tGem and support services. The successful volume rollout of Tilgin products continued throughout 2013. The extension of the frame agreement will enable the operator to continue its volume rollout at an uninterrupted pace in 2014.

“This significant extension of our frame agreement represents continued and increased trust from our customer. We are extremely proud of being chosen as the sole supplier for a third time by this large, renowned operator, known for its high demands. We look forward to our continued tight partnership in 2014.” says Mats Victorin CEO at Tilgin.
