Stockholm, Sweden, December 30, 2009: Tilgin, a leading provider of solutions for multiplay and next-generation broadband services, today announces a new order for IP technology from one of its larger clients, a leading operator in the Middle East. The order is for Tilgin's Home Gateways together with the VCM software for a continued roll-out of the operator’s triple play offering to its customers.

The operator has chosen Tilgin as their supplier for IP-based Home Gateways for fiber and ethernet access, as well as the management software VCM for its triple play offering to fiber-connected households. The order value is approximately SEK 12 million. “This new order confirms our position as the key supplier of Home Gateways and software to this Middle East operator”, says Ola Berglund, CEO of Tilgin. “It shows a continued strong confidence in Tilgin and our solutions.” Tilgin’s customer is a full-service operator who is offering households and companies a wide range of IP-based services. A key component in Tilgin’s solution is the management system VCM for coordination of the CPE equipment in the households. VCM is fully compliant with the TR-069 standard, and it gives operators a powerful solution for the next generation of broadband. Tilgin’s gateways are designed to be an integrated part of the operator’s network and support zero-touch auto provisioning, remote management and full operator control. Tilgin’s intelligent Home Gateways for all-IP communication help operators to develop their offering of multi-play services. ― End ― “Tilgin makes this information public in accordance with the Swedish Securities Exchange Act and/or in accordance with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.”
