Tiversa Named Best Place to Work Finalist
Cyberintelligence Experts Make Pittsburgh Business Times Top 40 List
Pittsburgh, PA (September 12, 2012) – Tiversa has been named as a finalist for the Pittsburgh Business Times Best Place to Work in Western Pennsylvania. Known for its work in the world of cybersecurity, Tiversa is listed with 39 other organizations hoping to be honored as one of three winners at an awards luncheon on Oct. 17, 2012, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Westin Convention Center Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA.
Finalists were decided from the results of an online employee survey completed in the last several months.
“Tiversa is a special place,” said CEO Bob Boback. “We have built an organization which is changing the world. Though our technology is the power behind what we do, it’s our employees who are the real stars. There is no Tiversa without the hard work, passion for innovation and the unselfish attitude of the team here.”
For nearly 10 years, Tiversa has been providing P2P Intelligence services to corporations, government agencies and individuals based on patented technologies that can monitor over 550 million users issuing 1.8 billion searches a day. Requiring no software or hardware, Tiversa can locate exposed files, provide copies, determine file sources and assist in remediation and risk mitigation.
“Though we have been in business for nearly a decade, we have remained under the radar due to the nature of the business and clients we serve,” added Boback. “However, things are ever-changing at Tiversa and the future is brighter than ever. We have just moved our headquarters to downtown Pittsburgh and we have a plan that will not only grow and shine a light on Tiversa, but the city of Pittsburgh as well.”
