Tobii’s Nomination Comittee for the 2024 AGM
The members of the Nomination Committee for Tobii AB’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2024 have now been appointed based on the shareholdings as of 30 September 2023.
At the 2018 AGM, instructions were adopted for the composition and tasks of the Nomination Committee. Tobii’s Nomination Committee shall consist of representatives for the three largest shareholders as of 30 September 2023, together with the Chairman of the Board. The Nomination Committee has now been appointed and consists of the following members:
- Helen Fasth Gillstedt, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder
- Kent Sander, appointed by the three founders of Tobii
- Erik Durhan, appointed by Öhman Fonder
- Per Norman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tobii
The Nomination Committee shall prepare proposals for the AGM in 2024 regarding Chairman of the AGM, Board members, Chairman of the Board, remuneration to Board members, Auditor, Auditor’s fees and any changes to the instructions issued to the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in the notice for the AGM 2024 and on the company’s website. The AGM for Tobii AB will be held on 23 May 2024.
Shareholders are welcome to submit suggestions and proposals to the Nomination Committee by e-mail to valberedning@tobii.com. Such a proposal shall be submitted by 31 January 2024 at the latest, so that the Nomination Committee can process the proposals in a constructive manner.
