Update on AutoSense acquisition closing timing

On December 13, 2023, Tobii AB (“Tobii”) announced its agreement to acquire AutoSense from Xperi Inc. The closing of the transaction, initially anticipated within 30 days, has been delayed as certain closing conditions remain unfulfilled. Tobii now anticipates the transaction to close in January 2024.

Tobii has entered into an agreement to acquire FotoNation Ltd, a subsidiary of Xperi Inc., which includes AutoSense, a business specializing in Interior Sensing solutions including Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) and Occupant Monitoring Systems (OMS). The acquisition was initially expected to close within 30 days from the announcement, but the fulfillment of certain closing conditions has taken longer time than anticipated.

The revised estimate for the closing of the transaction is now during January 2024.
