The shares of Toivo Group Plc are listed for trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland, which requires nominating a Certified Adviser. Effective 1 January 2024, the Certified Adviser to Toivo Group Plc is Nordic Certified Adviser. Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch, is the Certified Adviser to Toivo Group Plc until the 31st of December 2023.
