Toivo Group Plc has achieved 99 per cent occupancy rate

Toivo Group Plc (“Company” or “Toivo”) rents and manages a total of about 910 apartments. The apartments are located in the sub-regions of Helsinki, Turku and Tampere. For the first time in history, the company has reached an occupancy rate surpassing 99 per cent. Of all the apartments the company rents and manages, less than 10 are currently not leased.
