Toivo Group Plc (“Toivo”) has received the highest, Advanced rating for its Green Finance Framework from Moody’s ESG Solutions. The Green Finance Framework combined with the Advanced rating strengthens Toivo’s ability to make use of sustainable financial instruments in any future debt issuance.

Toivo has established the Green Finance Framework to promote the achievement of positive environmental impacts in Toivo’s business operations with the help of sustainable financing. The Green Finance Framework provides Toivo with the capacity for securing green financing in various forms, including bank loans and bonds. The potential proceeds from issuance under the framework will be used to finance or refinance, in part or in full, projects and expenses in line with the Green Finance Framework, such as the construction and purchasing of new energy efficient buildings and renovations aiming to improve energy efficiency, which offer clear environmental benefits in accordance with the criteria specified in the Green Finance Framework.
