Toivo Group Plc has started project management service projects worth a total of approximately EUR 21 million

Toivo Group Plc’s subsidiary Toivo Projektinhallinta Oy (“Toivo” or “the Company”) has started the implementation of two separate construction projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The projects have been sold in advance to the customers with Toivo’s project management service model.
“In our business review in Q3/2022, we announced measures to support the implementation of Toivo’s strategy. It is wonderful to be able to say before the end of the year that the construction at the sites has begun as planned,” Toivo’s CEO Markus Myllymäki summarises.
“Construction is estimated to continue until 2024. We are naturally satisfied that the quality and competitiveness of construction is awakening the interest of the customers of the project management service. Toivo’s team has a lot of experience with the kinds of features found at these sites,” says Urho Myllymäki, Director of Building at Toivo.
