Toivo Group Plc releases new housing concept

In 2020, Toivo Group began developing the Toivo Studios concept, which combines housing, furniture and services. Toivo Studios combines rental housing and hotel comfort into one concept where people can focus on living their life.
An apartment’s monthly rent includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi, furniture, monthly cleaning, butler services, access to a gym, Co-Working space, library, shared car and sauna department as well as organised events 3 times a week. The monthly rent starts at EUR 739 a month.
Toivo Group will open the first Toivo Studios property in December 2022 in Leppävaara, Espoo. The property’s marketing will start around late October and early November in 2022.
Toivo has examined several foreign and domestic concepts and combined their best parts into one comprehensive package.
