Toivo Group Plc starts implementing a regional construction project of 17 apartments in Helsinki

Toivo Group Plc (“Company” or “Toivo”) has started the implementation of a terraced house project in Honkasuo, Helsinki. The Company estimates the total value of the project to be approximately EUR 5.5 million.
Toivo plans to build environmentally friendly wooden terraced houses on a plot leased from the City of Helsinki, and the distribution of apartments has been designed to meet the needs of families of different sizes. The project’s high sales rate has contributed to speeding up the project's launch.
“Each apartment has its own terrace, garden and sauna. In the design process, we wanted to develop family apartments that would be as comfortable and affordable as possible. The large windows bring natural light to the apartments, creating a sense of space and improving the comfort of living. As the project has been developed in cooperation with the City of Helsinki, the result will be a unique complex of terraced houses”, say Tommi Peltola, Design Director, and Petter Ruuskanen, Project Development Manager at Toivo.
