Toivo Group Plc to begin communications in English

Toivo Group Plc (“Toivo” or the “Company”) will begin communicating in English in addition to the current Finnish as of 24 February 2022. Toivo will publish its first English business review alongside the Finnish business review in relation to the 2022 first quarter business review on 11 May 2022. The Company will not publish the 2021 annual report and financial statement in English. The Company’s financial statement release 2021 and financial statement release presentation 2021, which were previously published on 18 February 2022, can be read in English on the Company’s English-language investor website at: investors.toivo.fi.
