To lead the business unit of the community properties pilot, Toivo will be joined by MSc Perttu Aikkila. He has previously managed the community properties business unit of a Finnish construction company for several years and led the implementation of several dozen projects from start to finish.
“The real estate development, construction and ownership market is undergoing a strong transition. I believe that, together with Toivo's team, we will be able to seize the opportunities opened by this transition,” says Perttu Aikkila, Business Director of Toivo's community properties.
“We are actively exploring new opportunities in the market, and we want to explore the possibility of expanding Toivo in the future to give it several firm support structures to lean on. Community properties are one of the most defensive types of properties. Our market research and customer meetings have yielded promising results on the need for a develop-build-own business model in community properties,” says Toivo's CEO Markus Myllymäki.
