Toivo launches 4 residential building projects during Q2/2023 and an invitation to the half-year review

In April–June 2023, Toivo Group Plc (the “Company” or “Toivo”) has launched a total of 4 new residential building projects covering a total of 76 apartments. Therefore, Toivo has been able to start new residential building projects against market trends.

 

Of the projects, 3 are owner-occupied housing projects, which share the following characteristics

 

  1. Reasonable number of housing: 8–21 apartments per location for a moderate starting threshold.
  2. Excellent location: two of the projects are located in Helsinki, where market activities are growing.
  3. Affordable price point: consumers pay particular attention to future housing costs.
