Tokmanni Group Corporation - Announcement of a change in shareholding according to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act
Tokmanni Group Corporation (the “Company”) has received a notification from Takoa Invest Oy according to which Takoa Invest Oy's 100% owned subsidiary, Rockers Tukku Oy, has been merged with its parent company Takoa Invest Oy on 31 December 2017 and thus Rockers Tukku’s 17.00% direct holding in Tokmanni Group has been transferred to Takoa Invest Oy.
