According to the notification the holding of Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company in the Company’s shares and votes has decreased under 5% on 14 May 2020.
After the transaction, Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company holds 2 863 549 Tokmanni’s shares, which is 4.86 % of Tokmanni’s shares and voting rights. Each share entitles its holder to one (1) vote.
