Tokmanni Group Corporation has received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act from Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. According to the notification the holding of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company in the Tokmanni’s shares and votes has decreased under 5% on 20 August 2020.
After the transaction, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company holds 2,860,526 Tokmanni’s shares, which is 4.86% of Tokmanni’s shares and voting rights. Each share entitles its holder to one (1) vote.
