Tokmanni Group Corporation (the "Company") has today received a notification from Rockers Tukku Oy according to which Rockers Tukku Oy's direct holding in Tokmanni Group fell below the 10 percent threshold on 3 May 2016. The change in shareholding notified by the flagging notification is based on the share issue of a total of 13,271,303 new shares and the registration thereof on 3 May 2016 and not on a change in the amount of shares owned by the person subject to the notification obligation.
