Tokmanni Group's CEO Heikki Väänänen to leave the company by the end of September

Tokmanni's CEO Heikki Väänänen has decided to leave the company by 30 September 2017.

" I have served as Tokmanni's CEO for eight years, a period during which the company has undergone major change and has been developed in a determined way. Tokmanni has had a good start as a public company and has transferred into a new strategy period. This is a natural point for me to step down and pass responsibility over to a new leader", says Heikki Väänänen.

"Heikki has had a key position in Tokmanni's development, of which the latest manifestation is our successful IPO. We want to thank Heikki for his long and meritorious work at Tokmanni", says Chairman of the Board Harri Sivula.

Heikki Väänänen has been employed by Tokmanni since 2009. Tokmanni has initiated the successor recruitment process.
