Tokmanni appoints Chairman of the Board Harri Sivula as interim CEO

Tokmanni's Board of Directors has appointed Chairman of the Board Harri Sivula as interim CEO as of 15 June 2017. As communicated in April, Heikki Väänänen will leave the company. The CEO recruitment process is proceeding according to plan and Harri Sivula will act in the interim role until the new CEO starts. At the same time the Board has appointed CFO Markku Pirskanen deputy CEO.
