Tokmanni Group Corporation: Members of Tokmanni Group's Nomination Board

Representatives of the four largest shareholders registered in Tokmanni Group's shareholder register as of September 1, 2018 are elected to the Shareholders' Nomination Board along with the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Seppo Saastamoinen, as an expert member.

The Nomination Board is responsible for preparing proposals covering the composition of the Board of Directors and remuneration of the Board members to the next Annual General Meeting.

The four largest shareholders have nominated following members to Nomination Board:
- Jari Sonninen, Takoa Invest Oy;
- Hanna Hiidenpalo, Elo Pension Company;
- Hanna Kaskela, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company;
- Marie Karlsson, Nordea Funds Ltd.
