Tokmanni has remodelled its store in Tuusula – Significant improvements in customer experience

Tokmanni, Finland's largest discount retailer, has made considerable improvements to its store in Hyrylä in Tuusula to enhance the general visual appearance and shopping convenience. The store will be celebrating this with special offers from Thursday to Sunday 20–23 February 2020.
For customers these improvements are more clearly defined product areas and more comprehensive store signage, in particular. In accordance with Tokmanni's latest store concept, the store has wide aisles and the various promotional and seasonal products are prominently displayed.
The product assortments have also been renewed with the introduction of more interior decoration, cleaning, and beauty, health and wellness products, for example. Even before the remodelling Tokmanni in Tuusula offered a very diverse assortment of items such as clothing and accessories, non-perishable foods and various household consumer goods.
“One aim of the remodelling has been to reorganise the display of product selections at the store to make shopping experience more convenient to our customers. Another aim of the improvements has naturally been to create a more pleasant working environment. The Tokmanni in Tuusula now provides an even better service for its customers, and we are very pleased about this,” says Mathias Kivikoski, Sales and Marketing Director at Tokmanni.
The retail selling space at the familiar premises on Sulantie 1 is approximately 2,800 square metres. The store, which employs around 25 retail professionals under the leadership of Store Manager Jane Haavisto, will serve customers with its familiar opening hours: 8 am–9 pm on weekdays, 8 am–8 pm on Saturdays and 11 am–7 pm on Sundays.
