In-Home Care Company Poised for Rapid Expansion
Preferred HealthStaff, a Pennsylvania-based leader in the healthcare staffing industry, reached a new expansion milestone today – the company’s second franchise office opens in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania.

A husband and wife team, the Willows have years of experience in business administration and healthcare. Jody spent more than a decade helping people as a registered nurse. “Buying a Preferred HealthStaff franchise seemed like a very natural fit for Jerrod and myself,” she said. “With the support of Preferred HealthStaff, I am looking forward to helping a growing part of the population through home health care and healthcare staffing.”
The new office in Dillsburg, PA is the fourth Preferred HealthStaff office, continuing its expanded presence in the mid-atlantic United States.
Dedicated to providing multiple in home care services and medical staffing, Preferred HealthStaff has been operating successfully for five years. In that time, it has already expanded to include additional office locations, more specialized care such as Alzheimer’s/Memory Care and other disorders, and increased services exclusively available to PHS clients.
“We’ve been developing our operations over the past five years,” said Moyer. “Now we’re ready for additional growth. Along with the two franchised facilities that have opened this year, we anticipate having several more operating by the end of next year.”
