A golden age – CNH Industrial extends service offer for older New Holland Agriculture and Case IH tractors with GOLD VALUE
With an improved range of spare parts, an increase in quality and new price positioning, CNH Industrial allows farmers to extend the lifetime and performance of older tractors with the updated Gold Value package.

Tractors aged 15 years of more represent the majority of the overall tractor park. Among the CNH Industrial Group brands there are 1.4 million tractors of this age, accounting for two-thirds of its park in Europe, Middle East and Africa. CNH Industrial Parts & Service supports its customers regardless of the age of their agricultural machinery by developing offers tailored to their needs.
But while tractors can run well at this age, achieving the potential residual value depends on maintaining them properly and this is where CNH Industrial’s new Gold Value offer comes in. The objective of this service package is to support owners of older tractors in ensuring a continuity of service, cost effectively, without sacrificing the quality of the parts.
Originally launched eight years ago, the Gold Value offer has been refreshed and can now provide access to 3,000 spare part references, all with an excellent quality-to-price ratio. Available throughout Europe, the Group provides farmers a solution to keeping their tools in good working order, in a difficult economic situation where there tends to be fewer resources available for large investments.
Parts that are 20-40 percent cheaper
Parts from the Gold Value range for older machinery are on average 20 to 40 percent cheaper than original parts, offering a real financial benefit to farmers who can significantly reduce their maintenance budgets. These parts, which have the same warranty as their original counterparts, are available from all New Holland Agriculture and Case IH distributors.
The Gold Value range includes a wide and constantly growing choice of parts, including: alternators; starters; engine, clutch and hydraulic components; with steering and transmission parts for more than 700 machines to follow. These include 1,000 new references which have been developed this year so far, on five product lines, by CNH Industrial Parts & Service.
Parts that meet stringent quality criteria
But the lower costs of the parts referenced in the new Gold Value range have not prevented a corresponding improvement in quality and all suppliers are rigorously selected by ensuring that they have a quality process which meets the CNH Industrial requirements. All farmers with a former New Holland Agriculture or Case IH tractor can take advantage of the offer in order to maintain their machines more cost effectively, but with no decrease in quality.
The refreshed Gold Value offer currently covers 86 percent of the needs of CNH Industrial’s agricultural machinery that is 15 years or older and is still growing.
