CNH Industrial Parts & Service launches ‘CNH Industrial Genuine Parts’

- a new identity for all genuine parts provided for the twelve brands of CNH Industrial

The initiative will enhance awareness of CNH Industrial in the market place; will consolidate and protect the quality and performance of all genuine parts; and will provide a valuable support in standardisation and optimisation of the inventory management.

CNH Industrial became operational in September 2013 as a result of the mergers of Fiat Industrial S.p.A. and CNH Global N.V.. The CNH Industrial Parts & Service activity comprises the supply, management and distribution of genuine spare parts for all the Company’s brands. The creation of CNH Industrial triggered an integration process across the Parts & Service business, that aims to bring together all Parts entities which were previously managed separately.

CNH Industrial Parts & Service is focused on achieving three primary objectives: excellent service; the creation of a complete product offering which improves customer satisfaction; and making synergies to generate opportunities throughout the entire distribution chain.

As such, CNH Industrial Parts & Service has initiated and developed the ‘CNH Industrial Genuine Parts’ project to:

  • enhance the CNH Industrial brand globally while drawing on the strength of each of the Company’s 12 brands: Case IH, Steyr, Case Construction Equipment, New Holland Agriculture, New Holland Construction, Iveco, Iveco Astra, Iveco Bus, Heuliez Bus, Magirus, Iveco Defence Vehicles and FPT Industrial;
  • strengthen the quality and performance of all genuine parts;
  • support the standardisation and optimisation process of stocks management of  5 million of genuine parts references.

This project unified the 12 individual brands, which, while keeping their own identities, brought them together under the same banner. Visually, all parts marking and packaging across the ‘CNH Industrial Genuine Parts’ brands are provided with a homogenous identity.

The creation of common branding and packaging for all brands will improve customer service, and enhance customer satisfaction. Customers will also be better protected against counterfeiting and will benefit from quality genuine parts.

With an optimisation of part numbers and more flexibility in terms of supply and storage, this new identity improves operational efficiency in terms of logistics and availability of parts, and contributes to better management of logistics costs.

The ‘CNH Industrial Genuine Parts’ label highlights the benefits of using genuine parts, which provide the end customer with a guarantee of certified quality and an assurance that their machine will benefit from CNH Industrial Parts & Service’s expertise and knowledge throughout the life of the machine.

The creation of a unique identity and the development of a specific holographic label will contribute to improving the fight against counterfeiting. Customers will be better protected and will benefit from quality genuine parts.

CNH Industrial Genuine Parts Identity from September 2014

From September 2014, the 12 CNH Industrial brands’ networks will receive, when replenishing stocks of parts, products which feature the new ‘CNH Industrial Genuine Parts’ identity.

The launch is accompanied by a major campaign that includes a range of marketing material which contains information, advertising, brochures and a dedicated video.

The communication programme’s slogan is 'Together we are stronger'. This strong message explains symbolically the project’s aims and benefits.
