The Parts & Service teams of CNH’s industrial dealers – Iveco, Case and New Holland – are receiving the training they need to provide the best, in-depth advice to their clients, thanks to a range of new training measures, including videos, virtual classes and online assessment tests.

Turin, February 16, 2015

CNH Industrial Parts & Service has invested in a new generation of interactive online training, which it is providing free to the group’s brand dealers. In recognition of the importance of the "human” factor in customer service,  CNH Industrial has developed a suite of innovative training methods and tools, available free to the Parts & Service teams of Iveco, Case and New Holland dealers and accessible at any time. The objective of this offering is to allow the dealers to continually update their knowledge, skills, business methods and CNH Industrial products and services characteristics in order to provide the best advice to their current and future customers.

The new training offering includes a series of short training module videos (between five and 15 minutes long) and online tests to assess training needs, available from any computer at any time. For those that prefer contact with a teacher there are courses taught via a Virtual Classroom, where users can interact with an instructor and other students, for a more collaborative and interactive approach to learning. A computer and internet connection is the only thing required to participate in the online training.

CNH Industrial Parts & Service offers a catalog of more than thirty online training modules, including a wide range of topics covering training on parts, trade and service.

To date, 2214 people across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) have benefited from online training courses. With 12,610 hours of training delivered, CNH Industrial Parts & Service allows its teams to improve their skills in a flexible and fun way and gives them the opportunity to compete in an increasingly dynamic and demanding market.
