David Brown Automotive to showcase Speedback GT at luxury automotive event Salon Privé

(August 2015): David Brown Automotive will be showcasing Speedback GT at this year’s Salon Privé, on 3rd to 5th September.
Held at the stunning Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire – birthplace of Winston Churchill – the three-day event hosts a fabulous collection of classic and supercars, as well as luxury lifestyle brands and exquisite catering.
Speedback GT will be on display in the vehicle manufacturers’ section of the event, located next to the luxury retail marquees, while a second Speedback GT will be available for test-drive by attendees; it is the first time that two Speedback GTs have been present at the same time and also presents a rare opportunity for potential customers to gain an immediate test drive opportunity.

Launched in March 2014, Speedback GT has triumphed in Europe and the US both via media reaction and sales. Its appearance at Salon Privé follows a successful year of events including Techno Classica Essen, while its presence at the upcoming Quail in Monterey is highly anticipated.
Priced at £495,000 plus local taxes, Speedback GT promises an exceptional handbuilt finish and impressive performance and handling, hosting a 5.0-litre V8 supercharged unit with 510bhp and 461lb ft, hitting 0-60mph in 4.6 seconds with a top speed of 155mph.
