Free IWM Duxford entry with Andrew Page’s AutoInsider Live! tradeshow
The sky’s the limit for guests attending Andrew Page’s next AutoInsider Live! event, with free admission to IWM Duxford included with entrance to the tradeshow. Taking place at the site of the iconic museum, the penultimate AutoInsider Live! event of the year will be on Thursday 22nd October.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to win the experience of a lifetime, a flight in a 1944 Spitfire. Flying out of Goodwood the winner will get a 30 minute passenger flight in one of Britain’s most iconic vehicles ever, to be completed at a later date.
Aimed at qualified and aspiring vehicle technicians, the Duxford event is expected to be the busiest AutoInsider Live! yet, as the free event entry also includes entrance on the day to the Imperial War Museum site, giving attendees the chance to get up close and personal with the kind of vehicles they won’t have seen in their garage before.
As Britain’s largest aviation museum, IWM Duxford houses around 200 aircraft, military vehicles, artillery and naval vessels, documenting Britain’s roles in WWI, WWII and the Cold War. Across seven main exhibition buildings, attendees to AutoInsider Live! Duxford will get to see exhibits including ‘Air & Sea’, ‘Conservation in Action’, ‘Battle of Britain Hangar’, ‘Land Warfare’, ‘1940 Operations Room’ and many more.
Simon Mullin, Sales & Marketing Director at Andrew Page said: “We have been to some great venues so far with our AutoInsider Live! tradeshows but, I have to say, Duxford will probably be the most impressive to date. Not only will we have a great space of our own for exhibitors to show their latest products developments, but everyone will have the chance to have a look round one of the most impressive museums this country has to offer.”
Having previously hosted successful events across the UK, leading autoparts and workshop equipment distributor, Andrew Page, will host its final AutoInsider Live! events of 2015 at IWM Duxford and Doncaster Racecourse on 22nd October and 26th November respectively. Each show in the series features interactive displays, competitions, giveaways, technical seminars and even the chance to win a MINI.
Entry to the event is free and the ticket for IWM Duxford is valid on the day of the event only. Tickets can be obtained by preregistering online via http://www.andrewpage.com/content/28/autoinsider_live
