New dedicated electronics division for FuelDefend Global underlines safety and security expertise

• New division to be known as FDGe will be led by Geoff Reyner as Managing Director

FuelDefend Global, the world’s leading supplier of fuel anti-siphon devices has announced the creation of a dedicated division to bring all of its electronic safety devices under one brand.  The newly formed division will be known as FDGe and will be run by long-term FuelDefend Global director, Geoff Reyner who becomes Managing Director of FDGe, in addition to his other roles within the company.

The FDGe product range includes reversing aids and vehicle cameras as well as the competitively priced SideWarn! cyclist and pedestrian safety device. 

Speaking of his new role, Geoff Reyner said; “It’s an exciting time to have a product as effective as SideWarn! to offer to the market.  We have had significant interest from a number of operators and manufacturers, most recently at the CLOCS event in London.

Geoff Reyner has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial vehicle industry, initially in the family haulage business.   He has worked extensively with truck and bus manufacturers such as ERF, Foden, Optare and Iveco, as well as directing sales with organisations such as Tesco and UPS. Geoff has worked with FDG for over five years and will continue in his role as Sales & Marketing Director for FuelDefend’s anti-fuel theft devices, including the best-selling NeckIt! product range.
