The London Taxi Company supports Knowledge graduates with exclusive £1,000 deal
The London Taxi Company has launched an exclusive deal for Knowledge school graduates to support the next generation of drivers. Launched at the beginning of August the scheme – which offers a £1,000 grant towards the purchase of a new TX4 - has already attracted a large number of graduate customers with many more making enquiries into Euro 5 and Euro 6 TX4 models.
Commenting on the new deal the London Taxi Company’s recently appointed Commercial Director, Richard Gordon, said:
“Knowledge school graduates are crucial to our future success as a trade and as a business. This is our way of giving something back to those that have studied hard for the past few years to join the best taxi service in the world. It really is an amazing feat that resonates with Londoners and tourists alike. We wish them all good luck for a long and successful career driving an iconic London taxi.”
Mr Townley, a recent Knowledge graduate who was one of the first to take advantage of this exclusive offer said:
“After going through several years of knowledge training, pouring over maps of London and getting out in the freezing cold on my moped, there really is no better feeling than passing out and getting into a brand new cab to start working.”
The grant is available to use towards the purchase price of a new TX4 from the London Taxi Company’s dealership at Brewery Road, or as a deposit contribution on a Personal Contract Purchase (PCP).
