Toshiba TEC, the leading imaging solutions provider, is getting ready to showcase its diverse range of innovative printing solutions again at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2016, which takes place on 22nd/23rdApril at ExCeL, London. Experts from the company will be on hand to demonstrate how its industry leading devices can enhance the patient experience, protect data and optimise workflows in healthcare environments.

Toshiba TEC understands the pressure healthcare organisations are under to manage costs and improve efficiencies, with customer care as the primary objective. Designed for easy integration into existing systems, the company’s range of innovative technology is already widely used in a diverse range of applications throughout the healthcare sector, with proven operational benefits. On stand K35, delegates will have the opportunity to get ‘hands-on’ and see for themselves how these printing solutions can directly improve measurable objectives.

Toshiba TEC will showcase three key solutions, designed for specific applications within the healthcare sector.

Perfect for use as part of a mobile pharmacy, the B-EP2 is the ultimate in wireless functionality and reliability on the move. Allowing medication to be administered at the bedside, it quickly produces high quality, accurate labels, with the flexibility of many different label sizes. This means that the patient experience is improved, hospital beds can be freed up faster and the repatriation risk is vastly reduced.

When it comes to pharmacy and dispensary product labelling, the B-FV4 desktop printer offers an unbeatable combination of low cost, speed, accuracy and ease-of-use. For higher volume label printing, the B-SA4 TP provides the functionality and robustness of an industrial printer with the compact footprint of a desktop device. With large capacity label rolls and GS1 barcode support, the B-SA4 TP has multiple interfaces, enabling a whole network of printers to be managed from a central source.

‘We are looking forward to welcoming delegates to stand K35 at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2016,’ commented Jeremy Spencer, Marketing Director at Toshiba TEC. ‘Our industry leading printing solutions are successfully used across healthcare estates to enhance the effectiveness of workflows, and make the day to day activities of pharmacy professionals easier and more productive. Our team of experts will be available to answer any printing related questions and demonstrate how we can help our customers achieve their operational objectives.’
