Norwich-based SaxonAir is the latest aviation provider to discover how Centrik, the cloud-based management system from Total AOC, has enhanced its operations.

SaxonAir, which provides a diverse range of aviation services ranging from fixed-wing and helicopter charter flights to FBO support and aircraft sales, has deployed Centrik to successfully transition an array of diverse systems such as safety management, compliance monitoring and intranet all into one central location.

As a result of the changes, SaxonAir is improving the efficiency of its business management, consolidating the wide ranging activities of the company.

Alex Durand, CEO, SaxonAir, says: “We already had management systems in place but wanted to have something that was truly ‘best practice’ to help the business grow. We looked into Centrik after being encouraged by a major industry influencer, and since its introduction it has really helped us to manage more effectively and allow concentration on growth.”

All staff log in to Centrik at the start of each day, allowing instant sharing of information across the business, allocations of tasks and updates to management on the status of employees and operations alike.

The impact has been positive across the business. Durand says: “We use Centrik for both air charter and aircraft handling operations, and although these are very different activities, it has worked very well across the board with customer audits having also provided very positive feedback.”
