LONDON EXECUTIVE AVIATION FLIES WITH TOTAL AOC’S MANAGEMENT TOOL

London Executive Aviation (LEA), one of Europe’s largest business aviation charter operators, has radically improved the efficiency of its management systems after adopting Total AOC’s Centrik software solution.

The Essex-based flight provider, which runs a fleet of eight different aircraft types ranging from the King Air 200 to Legacy 650s, had trialled two alternative systems to manage operations before streamlining processes with Centrik.

The innovative cloud-based solution allows operators to experience truly paperless AOC management and helps ensure regulatory compliance.

LEA’s Managing Director, George Galanopoulos, said: “Centrik offers us everything we need in one system which has really simplified our processes.

“We used two different systems before which wasn’t the most efficient way to run our operation, and even with both of those in place a lot of processes still needed to be completed manually.

“With Centrik we have a foolproof system which covers everything. That has eased our workload and enables us to run the business as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.”

He added: “Total AOC has been incredibly helpful and made the transition to the new system as easy and hassle-free as possible. We’ve been so impressed with the tool we’ve invited Total AOC to demonstrate it to our parent company and hope to roll it out across the wider group.”

The team from Total AOC has also re-written LEA’s manuals in preparation for the new EASA regulations coming into force later this year.

Galanopoulos said: “We originally tasked Total AOC with updating eight of our manuals for the EASA transition but they did such a fantastic job and in such a timely manner we asked them to deliver all our other manuals too!”
