Islands like Koh Samed in Rayong is perfect for families, couples or even backpackers. Since different beaches in Koh Samed are unique, you can find calm and quiet beaches or a more vibrant and fun atmosphere.  Phuket is a surfing heaven for summer time and Koh Mai Ton is still a summer friendly island during August and September.
