Martin Henricson leaves post as President and Chief Executive Officer of TradeDoubler
TradeDoubler President and CEO Martin Henricson has notified the Board of Directors that he has decided to leave his position of six years to take up new professional challenges.
He will continue as president during his termination period and will then remain with the Company as a director. The Board of Directors will immediately start the process of recruiting a new president. Internal and external candidates will be considered.
"After almost six years as president of TradeDoubler, I feel it is time for me to move on to new challenges.
During my years with TradeDoubler I have had the pleasure of working with highly talented and professional colleagues with an incredible drive.
Together we've built a company that is growing rapidly and expanding geographically. TradeDoubler has managed to achieve this while constantly increasing profitability.
I am therefore convinced that TradeDoubler is well equipped to take advantage of any future opportunities and challenges that may arise," says Martin Henricson.
"During Martin Henricson's six years as President of TradeDoubler, the Company has become a European industry leader as a provider of solutions for Internet marketing and sales in performance-based online marketing. When Martin was employed as president, the Group had revenue of SEK 37 million and when he now leaves the Company, revenue for the previous 12 months will total some SEK 1.6 billion. Martin has built a strong team and the Company is very well equipped to take advantage of the many market opportunities that will prevail in future," says Board Chairman Kjell Duveblad.
"Working with Martin Henricson during these years has been highly rewarding. Without him we wouldn't have managed to get to where we are today. Now we're moving on and we have an exciting future ahead of us," says TradeDoubler's founder, Felix Hagnö.
The Board of Directors will implement the planned strategy to expand the business and expects the Company to grow in line with previously published forecasts.
