Continued growth and improved profits

First Quarter, 2007
 
Financial
 
  • Revenues for the period increased by 30% to SEK 521.1 m compared with SEK 400.5 m in the first quarter of 2006
 
  • Gross Profit for the period amounted to SEK 139.6 m, compared with SEK 107.1 m in the first quarter of 2006, an increase of 30%
 
  • Operating profit (EBIT) for the period amounted to SEK 40.7 m compared to SEK 36.7 m in the first quarter of 2006, an increase of 11%
 
  • During the period, share based expenses relating to the existing warrant schemes decreased operating  profit by SEK 7.6 m (SEK 3.2 m)
 
  • During the period, a one-time expense relating to the AOL's public offer for TradeDoubler decreased operating profit by SEK 2.0 m (SEK 0 m)
 
  • Profit after tax amounted to SEK 28.0 m (SEK 20.7 m)
 
  • Reported earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.98 (SEK 0.73)
 
Operational
 
  • The Board of Directors announced on March 28, 2007 that William Cooper was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of TradeDoubler AB
 
  • On March 19, 2007 CFO Owe Wedebrand announced his decision to leave TradeDoubler
 
  • AOL announced on March 15, 2007 the withdrawal of its public offer to acquire TradeDoubler. The offer was placed on January 15, 2007.
