Sale of ordinary shares of TradeDoubler AB

Goldman Sachs International and Carnegie Investment Bank AB announce that they have today sold in an accelerated bookbuilt offering the following shareholdings in TradeDoubler AB on behalf of the parties listed below: • Quantum Industrial Partners LDC selling 4,387,262 ordinary shares • SFM Domestic Investments LLC selling 418,669 ordinary shares • Four Seasons Ventures VAK/S selling 813,591 ordinary shares • Four Seasons Ventures VBK/S selling 919,891 ordinary shares • Rosello Company Limited selling 500,000 ordinary shares • Enzymix Systems Limited selling 950,000 ordinary shares • Tewina Company Limited selling 800,000 ordinary shares (together, the “Sellers”) The Sellers, to the extent they did not dispose of all their remaining shares in the transaction, have entered into a lock-up agreement under which they have agreed not to dispose of any of their remaining holding of ordinary shares in TradeDoubler AB for a period of 180 days from today.
