Gala Screening for the Families of the Irlam Gas Blast

THE Trafford Centre in partnership with 20th Century Fox and the ODEON Cinema are proud to announce the 3D Gala Screening of “Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader”, on Monday December 6th at 6pm. With an audience made up of specially invited families struck by the Irlam gas blast disaster, this special event is an exclusive early-showing for the hit movie of the Christmas season – which is on general release in cinemas on 9 December. Providing magical escape and an evening of festive fun, Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader is the perfect way to treat the family – and organisers present this gala treat as an early Christmas present for the children affected by events in Irlam. • A limited number of media tickets are available. NOTES TO EDITORS • 150 people directly effected by the Irlam disaster will be attending the gala screening, which takes place from 6pm at the Trafford Centre ODEON. • Families will be treated to refreshments from McDonald’s in The Orient, before ascending to the 20-screen cinema complex for family-friendly cocktails and nibbles.
