World Cup fever hits Manchester this June, and The Trafford Centre will be a very special place to be during the tournament. A host of children’s entertainment and activities has been laid on during the World Cup weekends, to ensure there’s always something happening. Plus, we introduce our stylish Girls’ Night In event for all the football widows in the region. See our listings below for more details.

Saturday 12th June: Flag Workshop on The Bandstand (11am-4pm) Walkabout footballs (strolling the malls, times TBC) Sunday 13th June Badge Workshop on The Bandstand (11am-4pm) Saturday 19th June IFDA UK on The Orient Main Stage (coaching workshop times: 12pm, 2pm & 4pm) IFDA UK will be holding football coaching workshops at the front of the Stage. Children can come along and pre register at the side of the Stage 1hour before each workshop. More info coming soon. T Shirt Workshop on The Bandstand (11am-4pm) Sunday 20th June (Father’s Day) Father’s Day Workshop on The Bandstand (11am-4pm) Football Freestyler performances on the mall (strolling the malls, times TBC) Monday 21st – Friday 25th June Girls’ Night In (6pm-10pm) Five evenings of style and pampering, free makeovers, massage, beauty and fashion tips. Fabulous food and girlie movies. This is a great opportunity for ladies to spend an evening of shopping and pampering at The Trafford Centre, hosted by many of the Centre’s beauty and fashion stores, offering free beauty treatments, samples and advice for the summer.
