New Year, New Motivation: Third Annual Event to Position Financial Professionals for Business Success

DENVER – January 13, 2010 –Transamerica Capital Management’s third annual Coaching Forums featuring coaching, content and actionable ideas for financial professionals will offer a number of practicable breakout sessions that can be implemented in the New Year. Among the offerings are several sessions that will teach financial professionals how the skills of exceptional athletes can be translated from the field to the boardroom. Through actionable tools proven to manage stress and boost energy, these featured programs demonstrate how mental toughness is just as important as physical strength.

Another complementary breakout session aims to help financial professionals build their businesses through forward-thinking. It demonstrates how to best create an effective strategy for practice management growth, along with the importance of having an ever-evolving business structure. Instead of focusing on “best practices,” this session defines ways to design “next practices.”

These sessions, along with many others, will provide financial professionals with ways to improve themselves and their businesses. And, with the help of keynote speakers Andy Friedman, a renowned political-affairs expert, and Nick Murray, one of the most sought-after speakers in the financial services industry, Transamerica’s third annual Coaching Forums will give financial professionals the tools they need to grow their businesses.

“In our rapidly changing economic environment, we know that the financial professionals who continue to grow and develop are the ones we want to partner with in the future,” said Dave Paulsen, Chief Sales Officer at Transamerica Capital Management. “Our Coaching Forums are ideal for financial professionals who invest a great deal of time and effort into being great.”
