CLG APPOINTS VIKESH MAHENDROO AS NEW CEO TO LEAD THE COMPANY IN ITS NEXT CHAPTER OF GROWTH AND PROMINENCE
[PITTSBURGH, PA January 11, 2012] – The Continuous Learning Group, Inc. (CLG), announced the appointment of Vikesh Mahendroo to the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2012.
Vikesh brings over 25 years of leadership and international consulting experience with some of the world’s top firms. He joins CLG from his role as CEO of Intrepid Learning Solutions, a firm specializing in the design and delivery of business-focused learning solutions and strategic learning consulting services.
Prior to serving as Intrepid CEO, he was Global Executive Vice President of Mercer Human Resource Consulting. In his roles at Mercer, Vikesh also served as President of the U.S. company and led the global implementation of their Client Experience Measurement program, and served as Global Leader of Global Accounts. He also chaired the Global Leadership Team and the Worldwide Partners Group. Vikesh has extensive experience working with large multi-national companies which will serve him well in helping CLG further expand its international footprint.

Vikesh received his bachelors and masters degrees in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, India and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a Board Director of Intrepid, Landesa (a global land rights organization), and the HR Certification Institute, an affiliate of the Society of Human Resources Management.
